Time to Play Together and Celebrate 35 years of Flutewise
We have an amazing new publication coming out very soon, Flutewise: Let’s Play Together.
I don’t think there has ever been a book like this! It’s a book full of music, games creative music and performance ideas and it is a wonderful way of celebrating 35 years of Flutewise. Everything in this book is not new, but has been well tried and tested on many Flutewsie events and courses since 1988! The games and creative music making ideas are fun and also very educational. The pieces are many that we love to play as flute players and pieces that the public love to hear. More than one flute player can be on each part.
The hope is that we can have lots of flute players all over the country, and even the world, getting together and enjoying playing this music together in public places with three main aims;
1. to have fun making music
2. to raise awareness of flute playing and music making and encourage new players
3. to give something back to our communities e.g. raising funds for a charity
